HENS 2.1 is being integrated with the Ohio Department of Aging's new IT system. LOC assessment requests submitted through HENS 2.1 may experience processing delays during the scheduled system updates, beginning at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 1, through Sunday, October 4, 2026. HENS 2.1 is expected to resume normal availability on Monday, October 5, 2026. Please plan accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.
New Users: Please reach out to your employer's HENS administrator to create a user account. If your employer does not have a HENS administrator, please connect with your local AAA to have an Administrator account created.
